First Day of Classes Done
Yesterday was my first day of classes. It was long, to say the least, though I think I might keep it as it is and drop my Tuesday/Friday class if it doesn't promise to be worthwhile. That would mean I would have Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays off at the cost of eight solid hours of classes on Mondays and Thursdays.
I miss everyone at work, though it has been great to see friends back here.
The only course I really have not liked so far is Programming Languages, which is required, and it is really unfortunate, because I was actually really looking forward to it. It could certainly still be really interesting, but the professor did not seem too enthusiastic, the class seemed rude, and the material looks pretty thin.
We had an ACM Install Fest, which went great. I think we overprepared in a few ways, which is a good thing. The next step is to keep meetings and future events interesting...
